Registration and confirmation should be at least one month upon commencement of the course. Once registration is confirm no cancellation is allowed. If the registered participant is unable to attend, substitute is allowed. FOREMOST has the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances in which case all fees will be refunded.
