OUR APPROACH

All of our training courses apply experiencing learning style that provides participants with the  interactive challenges, problem solving activities and some degree of physical involvement. Experiential learning take place when a person experiences the real situation. The experience evokes a response and action from participants that in-turn create opportunities for self and team evaluation. The experience establishes opportunities to address  issues such as Risk, Trust, Communication and Change in a safe and supportive environment.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
The program objectives are  to:

  • Promote self-development through personal audit and reflection

  • An experience in team-building

  • The development of leadership

  • An assessment  of one's potential based on performance

  • Practice in managerial problem solving, and

  • An experience in dealing with change and uncertainty.

Experiential Learning describe our program well. all the activities are "hand-on" meaning participants will fully participate and involve in activities which lead to experiencing instead of merely talking about theories and principles. The outdoor exercise have been carefully tailored to dove tail with the indoor seminar; some are designed to emphasize individual action to achieve team objectives, while others stress group dynamic.
