Course Content 

 

1.      Organization Vision And Mission.

2.      The individual role as part of management team.

3.      Incorporated management  goal into departmental strategies.

4.      Core  Management principles:

           Human Relation situation

           Giving instruction

       -      Behavior of individuals and groups in organization.

5.      Leadership:-

          Overview and function of the leader

       -      Understanding Key Leadership Principles.

6.      Motivation:-

       --     Personal and motivating people in today’s workplace

       -     Commitment to Personal Growth.

       -      Attitude/Habit Changes

7.      Building A High Performance Team (Experiential Learning)

 

How is the training conducted ?

This program will be conducted partial as a mobile program. The approaches will be base on personnel and group dynamic with emphasizing on Outdoor Education and Experiential Learning. The participants will be directly and actively involved in the activity both physically mentally .The simulated games will be use to facilitate learning participation and to provide the opportunities to practice what has been experienced.

 

Course Content / Activities

The activities will be primarily physical in nature. These include of:

 

Initiative Games 

Team Dynamic,

Water-Based Activities:-

        - Water Confident

        - Canoeing Basic

        - Canoeing Expedition

        - Rafting Expedition

Land-Based  Activities:-

        - Navigation

        - Camping

Ropes Course:-

         - Low Element Ropes

         - High Element Ropes

 

There also will be a session of  brainstorming, discussion, debriefing after the - complete each activity to highlight the value they  gained through the  various activities.

 

Duration : 3  Days

 

Training Fees : RM 3,500  Per Day  (Maximum participation : 25 participants)
