Introduction

The course is a blend of river rafting expedition ands corporate war game exercises. It will use an adventure education and experiential learning as a core approach. Program was designed and structured in a prescribe sequence , in order to bring the participants beyond their expectation and to develop pro-active  and competitive attitude. The participants will be exposed to practice strategic planning and operational decision making under the tremendous intellectual, emotional ,mental and physical pressure and at the same time will enable them to acquired knowledge in theories, concept and principle of team-work.  

The program will focuses on:

• Attitude and teamwork development .

• Enhancement of communication , corporation and commitment level leaving   to better personal and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Inculcate a supporting and conductive work culture in their respective department.

• Building the trust amongst the staff members.

• Creating harmonious working relationship and accelerate staff integration.

Strategy

The program will be conducted partial as a mobile program.  The approaches will be based on personal and group dynamic with emphasizing on outdoor education and experiential learning. Participant will be directly and actively involved in the activity physically, mentally and emotionally. The simulated games will be use to facilitate learning participation and to provide the opportunities to practice what has been experienced. The  process will begin with experience, followed by reflection, discussion, analysis and the evaluation of the experience. The grand-finale of this program will be a mission oriented expedition and a war games which will testify the skills  and experience acquired earlier and also will measure the development of the group.
